Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bezal Intelligence website and software (the "Service"), provided by Eric Northey & Co Ltd LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you have authority to do so.
1. The Service
Bezal Intelligence is job management software for builders, remodelers, and designers. Features vary by plan and are described on our pricing page. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for your users, their logins, and all activity in your account.
- Tell us right away at info@bezalintelligence.app if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Free trial
We offer a 30-day free trial. No payment card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan to keep using the Service. If you do not, we may suspend the account and delete its data after 3 days.
4. Plans, fees, and payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, or annually in advance if you choose an annual plan, at the prices shown when you subscribe.
- Implementation services are quoted separately and are billed as agreed in writing.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires or we agree in writing.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes take effect at your next billing period.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes.
5. Your data
You own the data you and your users put into the Service ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to host, process, and display Customer Data only to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the data you upload, including photos, recordings, and information about your clients and vendors.
6. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence to draft, summarize, or suggest content. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it. AI-assisted contract review and compliance findings are not legal advice, and a qualified person should confirm them before you act.
7. Recordings
If you use recording features, you are responsible for following the call and recording consent laws that apply to you and the people you record. The Service plays a consent notice, but that does not replace your own obligations.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, uploading malicious code, trying to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use, or reselling the Service without our written permission.
9. Third-party services
The Service may connect to third-party tools such as accounting, e-signature, calendar, phone, and payment providers. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. After cancellation, you may export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give notice by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
