This Privacy Policy explains how Eric Northey & Co Ltd LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through the Bezal Intelligence website and software (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, the plan you are interested in, and anything else you send through our forms or by email.
- Account information: names, emails, job titles, and roles of your users.
- Customer Data: the jobs, tasks, documents, photos, recordings, contracts, and client and vendor details you put into the Service.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited, and IP address, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your request and set up your account.
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
- To send service emails such as confirmations, account notices, and reminders you turn on.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI processing
Some features send parts of your Customer Data to AI providers to generate drafts, summaries, or suggestions. We use providers that do not use your data to train their models under our agreements with them: Anthropic (AI features) and Replicate (AI-drawn images).
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:
- Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel and Supabase
- Email delivery: Resend
- Phone calling and recording: Twilio
- Payments: Stripe
- Accounting sync: QuickBooks (Intuit)
- Other providers you connect, such as accounting, e-signature, calendar, phone, or payment services
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
5. Cookies
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security that keeps each customer's data separate. No system is completely secure.
8. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing info@bezalintelligence.app. If you are a client or vendor of one of our customers, please contact that customer first; we process their data on their behalf.
9. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will give notice by email or in the Service before it takes effect.
